Terms of Use

Last updated 6 August 2026 · Applies to AUS Invoice and other memorecool apps.

These terms are an agreement between you and ME MORE COOL PTY. LTD. (ABN 45 611 538 697), trading as memorecool, for your use of the AUS Invoice app and our other apps and websites (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the Services

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

2. Your content

Everything you create in the app — your invoices, quotes, clients, expenses and business data — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use documents you generate.

3. Not financial or tax advice

AUS Invoice helps you record and calculate figures such as GST and BAS totals, but it is a tool, not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for meeting your own tax and reporting obligations, and should confirm figures with your accountant or the ATO where needed. We are not liable for reliance on calculations or reports beyond what the law requires.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Payments are handled by Apple under its terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to them, or using them to send unlawful or fraudulent invoices. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Services reliable but provide them "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, memorecool is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the Services or the cost of doing so.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Questions? Email support@memorecool.au. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
